Naturopath consultations - as a Traditional Naturopath we will look at you in totality not just one or two symptoms or problems. This takes some time, especially the initial consult but well worth the effort as learning about you holistically will prove invaluable to assisting you in applying new healthy habits, lifestyle changes, dietary and supplement suggestions including herbal remedies. Follow up naturopath sessions are recommended for 2 weeks or 4 weeks after the initial consult for optimal benefits.
Guided Self-Acupressure is an amazing natural modality for healing. Opening our meridians and releasing blockages in our chi movement can be powerfully healing and nourishing for our body. Acupressure/Acupuncture has been around for centuries and has proven tremendous benefits for most ailments. Acupressure is offered both on an individual session basis to focus on your unique health conditions and wellness as well as an online course of self-study guiding you through every meridian for a Total balancing and clearing of your body.
